This site is definetly a great major website. The website is actually information from a psychology book. It has pictures of all the months of a growing fetus. Stages of Prenatal Development

On the first month, fertilization starts which the egg then plants itself in the wall of the uterus. The cells in the egg start to divide rapidly out of control. The nervous system develops and the fetus is only about a 1/2 inch long.
The second month you have the heart and blood vessels forming as well as your limbs, head, and eyes. Your heart starts to beat very faintly and your internal organs start to grow into place.
The third month the head of the fetus becomes bigger and the bones begin to form. The digestive organs start to function. The fetus at this level is 3 inches long and weighs approximately an ounce.
During the fourth month, lower parts of the body show rapid growth, you are able to see the bones in an XRay. Also during this time, you can actually hear the heartbeat. All the organs are completely formed. Fetus is 7 inches long and weighs 5 ounces.
The fifth month is when the mother begins to feel the baby moving within her. Fingernails and toenails begin to appear as well as cartilidge around the ears and nose. The fetus shows hiccups, thumb sucking, and kicking. Fetus is 12 inches long and weight 14 ounces.
The sixth month, the eyes and eyelids are completely formed. You also have the formation of fat under the skin. By this stage the fetus is 14 inches long and weighs 2 pounds.
The seventh month is when the cerebral cortex of the brain develops rapidly. Fetus is 17 inches long and weighs 3 pounds.
The eighth month shows subcutaneous fat which is deposited for later use. Fingernails reach beyond the fingertips. Fetus is 17 inches long and weighs 5 pounds.
The ninth and final month is when the hair covering the entire body sheds, all the organ system function the way they are suppose to, and the fetus gets settled in order to be born. At the end of pregnancy, the baby is approximately 21 inches long and weighs 7 pounds.
