1.  Decide your movement.  Go hiking, dancing or anything that gives you exercise and puts you in touch with your bdoy.  If the movement is good for you, it will tell you what to eat.  Avoid extremes.

Begin gradually, then scale a waterfall.

Martial arts are a great way to get in shape and get in touch with your natural instincts.


Too tired to move?  Start with this.  It is a great way to begin exercising from the inside out and it will also reprogram your body to start craving what is good for it.





2.  If eating tells you how to move, you will become unhealthy.
What do you feel like doing after cheesy poofs?

Exactly, sitting down and using your brain.  The fastest way to throw your body off balance.  You crave easy sugar because your brain is consuming sugar faster than your body can produce it.

3. Check your tongue coating.  If its thick and heavily coated, move more, eat less and return to step one. 

Intestines are coated with food sitting in moist tropical temperatures.  Fungal party waiting to happen.  Checking your tongue is the easiest way to tell how efficiently you are digesting.


Sweet flavor slows down qi and brings people joy.  Most of this food is used to balance emotions temporarily at the expense of the body and long term emotional health.  Move and get sun, fresh air and your qi will flow making you happy.
